We want you to love your SpacePilot products. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
